The Challenge

An e-commerce brand was losing conversions due to slow page loads (3.2s LCP) on their legacy Shopify theme. They needed a modern, performance-optimized storefront that could scale with traffic spikes.

The Solution

Rebuilt the storefront using Next.js with Shopify Storefront API for headless commerce. Implemented ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) for product pages, optimized images with next/image, and deployed to Vercel Edge Network for global CDN coverage.
